TACO SOUP

Do you want to know the difference between chili + taco soup? Alert the presses. I’ve figured it out. Drum roll, please…

The difference is simply the season of the year in which you make the dish. Mind blown. Mic dropped. I know. Am I right, y’all?! My recipes are exactly the same, but I call it Taco Soup when I make it in the Spring + Summer because nobody wants to eat hot chili when it’s hot outside – but taco soup is completely acceptable.
This Taco Soup (or Chili) recipe is in our rotation at home monthly. It’s even a big winner with our young children. I hope you give it a try! Dig in + Enjoy!
